Everymonth of July, Healthy living is what we celebrate, "Health is Wealth," they say, because when you dont have a good health,money can't buy your life.. so live life to the fullest. We students join to celebrate the nutrition month by cooking dishes that is made on your own style, food festival and so on.. This was headed by Mr. Ceferino Tongson. We students should learn at an early age how to live a healthy lifestyle. I have acquired a knowledge of natural health benefits, there should be the discipline of eating, only for nutrition and healing. To achieve healthy lifestyle we should shun candy, softdrinks and junkfoods because it is full of preservatives that may cause us diseases. Let us bear in mind that we eat rightwe will enjoy living on this domain. Start living right by simply eating fruits according to the recent study of WHO which show , that deeply hued or colorful fresh fruits posses nutrients that are highly beneficial for good health as they say contains phyrochemicals and antioxidants that strengthen the body's resistance against cancer and heart diseases agents. Take note the magic is in the color of fruits. This is why we people who include fruit in their daily diet feel better than those who do not. So we should recognize and experiencethe health benefits that come with eating fresh fruits.
